Infinity Salt Air Machine 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Infinity Salt Air for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund. Refunds will exclude shipping charges. You may return any physical product purchased from Infinity Salt Air in accordance with the terms below: To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date.
- You must ship the Product from a location inside the country where the Product was originally purchased from Infinity Salt Air or an authorized Infinity Salt Air reseller.
- You must return the product to Infinity Salt Air in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- Please include your contact information to help us expedite your refund
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- You are responsible for, and must prepay, all shipping charges. You also assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to Infinity Salt Air
- If you return a product to Infinity Salt Air
without a return authorization from Infinity Salt Air or
without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase
not in good condition (meaning broken or damaged)
Infinity Salt Air retains the right to either refuse acceptance of the return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

Product Limited Warranty
Infinity Salt Air warrants that for a period of two years from shipment, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the documentation provided with the Product. In the event of a defect, contact Infinity Salt Air at InfinitySaltAir.com/pages/contact-us for return instructions. Warranty services are available only in countries where the Products are sold directly by Infinity Salt Air or an authorized Infinity Salt Air reseller. Shipping charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. Infinity Salt Air’s sole obligation under this warranty will be at its option to repair or replace the Product and the replaced product will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty. Replacement products may contain new or refurbished parts. This warranty does not apply to products damaged by misuse, accident, electrical disturbance or normal wear and tear. The Product is not designed for or warranted against damage from use in areas subject to extreme temperature, excessive moisture, or other inherently hazardous environments. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, Infinity Salt Air DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
Glam Seamless Returns
Glam Seamless is happy to accommodate returns within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and the seal has not been broken (Does not apply to final sale items).
Each extension set comes with a seal, once the seal is broken, you cannot return your hair. This also means that you can’t try on the hair.
If an item is determined to be used or tampered with (seal being broken), you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return to you, the item will be held for 60 days and then destroyed.
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.
If there is a problem, we will try to solve the issue however, absolutely no exchanges are possible after 60 days of purchase.

LLBA Returns
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once delivery confirmation becomes available, LLBA Professional is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.
BACKORDERS/PRE-ORDERS
We strive to remain fully stocked with all products. Occasionally, a greater demand for a product creates an "Out of Stock' situation.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that the item in question is damaged during transit, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. LLBA reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.
MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE
LLBA must be notified by email within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you purchased the order with. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR
If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing.
Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not arrive till the following Monday.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Worthy Wands Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@worthywands.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how, and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Refunds
There are no refunds on downloadable products.
For products, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
